Chris Bagnall Managing Director, EMEA DWA

Chris is the EMEA Managing Director for DWA, the leading independent global media buying agency for technology organizations. His wealth of knowledge in the media and demand generation space has help service and deliver successful media programs for literally hundreds of tech organizations over the years within his agency.

Previously, Chris has worked for a number of tech and telecom companies, most recently at Cable and Wireless where he was responsible for their European advertising and sponsorship strategy.

Based in London, Chris runs a team of media planning professionals and is part of a company with global coverage and offices in San Francisco, Sydney and Singapore.

Chad Carlson Senior Director of Global Online Advertising & Demand Generation Oracle

Chad Carlson is Senior Director of Global Online Advertising & Demand Generation at Oracle. He is also responsible for the worldwide operations of the centralized advertising organization and oversees global agency management. In this role, he leads the go-to-market advertising campaigns for demand generation of Oracle's products and solutions.

Prior to joining Oracle in 2007, Chad was Chief of Staff for the Brand & Advertising group at Sun Microsystems; he has a strong technology brand and advertising background, both client-side and at external agencies, on clients such as Bank of America, Microsoft and Apple. Chad is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito, CA.

Kirsten Cox Director, Product & Programs Marketing, EMEA CA Technologies

Kirsten is the EMEA Director for Product & Programs Marketing at CA Technologies. She runs a centralized team responsible for creating awareness and visibility for the brand and executing pan-EMEA demand generation campaigns. In this role, her team look to leverage the full marketing mix to engage with EMEA Tier 1 businesses and communicate the value and benefit of CA Technologies enterprise management and security solutions.

Kirsten has spent her career in IT Marketing, including roles in product marketing at leading BI vendor, BusinessObjects and ERP provider, JBA.

Ed Gaudet Chief Marketing Officer Imprivata

With over 20 years of product management, marketing, sales and business development experience, Ed is responsible for driving Imprivata's global marketing and product strategy, cultivating growth opportunities in Healthcare and other regulated industries for Imprivata's award-winning access and authentication products.

Prior to joining Imprivata, Ed was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Sales and Marketing for Liquid Machines; Check Point acquired Liquid Machines in June 2010. Ed created and led the Company's marketing, products, and go-to-market strategy, and developed successful strategic alliances with Check Point, Microsoft, RIM BlackBerry and Symantec. He has held senior executive-level roles in various private early-stage and public software companies including IONA Technologies, Rational Software and SQA, Inc.

Ed is a frequent industry speaker on the topics of regulatory compliance and information security, and an advisor to various early-stage companies.

Stuart Giddings Managing Director, Just International

Stuart has over twenty five years experience of international technology marketing both as Publisher and Media Director. Stuart ran specialist technology publications for the Economist Group until moving over to the agency side in the mid nineties. He has successfully grown four international technology specialist media agencies including his own, launched in 2004.

He has lived and worked in silicon valley and so has a deep understanding of the US market. His experience includes many of the world's leading technology companies and he has planned and bought thousands of multimedia campaigns across all major markets.

In April 2010 Stuart took over the reins at Just International. Since then the agency has enjoyed its highest rate of growth for five years. Just International is the technology specialist arm of Aegis Media, a global media network operating in 70 countries. No agency has more experience of international media relevant to technology decision makers.

James Goodfellow Demand Generation Manager DataFlux Corporation

In his role as demand generation manager for DataFlux, James is responsible for planning, optimization and measurement of demand generation activities. He has built a solid career around developing and managing profitable marketing programs for technology companies at both the start-up and the enterprise level. James earned a B.B.A. in marketing from Radford University.

Victoria Grey Senior Vice President of Marketing, Nexsan

Victoria Grey is the senior vice president of marketing for Nexsan, a leading provider of disk-based storage systems purpose built for the mid-market. In this role, she has worldwide responsibility for corporate and product marketing, corporate communications, and alliance marketing. Victoria brings extensive storage industry experience in marketing, business development and sales to Nexsan. Prior to Nexsan she was vice president of marketing for Quantum, responsible for both corporate and product marketing. Prior to Quantum, Vicki served in marketing and business development leadership capacities for GroundWork Open Source, EMC Corporation, EMC/Dantz and Legato Systems. In 2002 Vicki was awarded the Tribute to Women in Technology award. She has previously served on various boards, including founding director of the Enhanced Backup Solutions Initiative and the Data Management Forum of the Storage Network Industry Association.

Tamina Plum Worldwide Business Director ZenithOptimedia

Tamina is currently a Business Director at ZenithOptimedia Worldwide responsible for strategic communications planning and activation for Oracle Corporation on a global and EMEA level. She is the lead on client servicing in EMEA, helping Oracle evolve their model to changing business and market needs. Tamina runs a centralised regional team that helps Oracle execute across all media platforms including digital, mobile, social, outdoor and emerging media. Over the past several years, she has helped Oracle pioneer a unique demand generation model across multiple markets which is a pillar in their advertising approach.

In addition to Oracle, Tamina has also worked across clients such as Sun Microsystems, BlackBerry Avaya, Lexus and Emirates giving her a breadth and depth of experience across technology and high-net worth focused brands. Originating from Chicago, she relocated to London over 5 years ago to gain global and regional experience across the Publicis Groupe Network.

Eric-Jan "EJ" Schmidt Vice President, Corporate Marketing Hitachi Data Systems

Eric-Jan Schmidt, Vice President, Corporate Marketing, is responsible for the corporate marketing strategy, corporate communications including investor relations, global customer database, briefing centers and integrated programs initiatives for Hitachi Data Systems. Previously Mr. Schmidt served as director of worldwide marketing for EMC, where he was responsible for the company's corporate marketing efforts in the backup, recovery and archiving segment. Mr. Schmidt was educated at Amsterdam School of Business, University of Amsterdam and Harvard Business School.
