Michael Brenner

Michael is Director, Online Marketing for SAP's North American Field Marketing team. At SAP, Michael drives a centralized online lead-generation program through 3rd-party media in support of the company's Large Enterprise and Small to Midsize market segments.

Prior to SAP, Michael spent more than 14 years in enterprise software and professional services companies. Michael joined SAP from FullTilt Solutions, now a QADcompany, where he was the head of marketing responsible for all lead generation, advertising, analyst relations and PR. While there, he executed the company's first coordinated strategic marketing plan responsible for significant growth in qualified leads generated, pipeline dollars, and brand awareness.

Prior to FullTilt Solutions, Michael was VP of Marketing for ICR, a leading US-based research company. Michael started his career with The Nielsen Company, where he spent nearly 10 years in sales, product marketing and senior marketing roles in regional and global marketing. While at Nielsen, Michael helped drive the successful rollout of Nielsen's first global on-demand software solution.

Jeff Day

Jeff is the Director of Marketing for Apptio, an on-demand IT Cost Transparency solutions company. Previous to Apptio, Jeff ran outbound marketing for the Scalable NAS group at HP. As Director of Marketing Programs for PolyServe, Jeff drove marketing strategy, lead generation, communications, web marketing and other outbound marketing programs. Jeff has over 13 years of engineering and marketing experience in high-tech industries, including positions with Sun Microsystems, Lane 15 Software and Intel's Xeon Processor group. He received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BSEE from University of Washington in Seattle.

Ed Gaudet

Ed brings more than 15 years of high-tech marketing experience to Liquid Machines. Most recently, Ed was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for IONA Technologies, the leading e-business platform provider for Web services integration. During his three-year tenure at IONA, Ed was responsible for overall corporate branding; product, partner and field marketing; and corporate communications. As a member of the senior management team, Ed contributed to the company’s overall business and operating strategies, which generated more than $181 million in revenue in 2001. Prior to this experience, Ed held several senior marketing, product management and business development positions in various start-up and public software companies, including Rational Software, a provider of an integrated enterprise development environment and SQA Inc., a leader in automated testing solutions. Ed received his bachelor's degree from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.

James Goodfellow

In his role as demand generation manager for DataFlux, James is responsible for planning, optimization and measurement of demand generation activities. He has built a solid career around developing and managing profitable marketing programs for technology companies at both the start-up and the enterprise level. James earned a B.B.A. in marketing from Radford University.

Anita O'Malley

Anita is currently the Senior Marketing Manager for Agilysys NJ, Sun Microsystems’ largest national reseller. Most recently, she was an integral part of the team that led Innovativ’s merger with Agilysys, a leading provider of IT solutions to corporate and public-sector organizations. Formerly Corporate Marketing Director of Innovativ, she built the company’s entire marketing department; defining the corporate brand, architecting strategic marketing plans and managing all lead generation activities forthe $260 million company. Marketing programs designed and executed by Anita have won multiple industry awards from best newsletter to excellence in internal employee relations.

Anita holds a B.S. degree in Corporate Communications from Boston University, with post graduate studies in graphic design at New York City’s prestigious School of Visual Arts.

Eric-Jan "EJ" Schmidt

With a world wide team distributed over three continents, Eric-Jan (EJ) is responsible for global marketing strategy and programs in support of EMC's Next Generation Backup, Recovery and Archive solutions, as well Information Protection solutions. EJ has been with EMC since 2004, and started as product and solutions marketing director in its Centera division.

With 14 years of IT industry experience, EJ has held executive and senior marketing, sales and business development roles with Progress Software, Cambridge Technology Partners, Novell and two startup companies. EJ has been educated at the Amsterdam school of Business, University of Amsterdam and Harvard Business School.

Steve Weeks

Steve has over 15 years experience in building successful global brand and advertising communications for Adobe Systems, Hewlett-Packard, and PeopleSoft. He has held media and account management positions at advertising agencies including Hal Riney & Partners, and Young & Rubicam where he managed leading brands such as Wells Fargo, Chevron, and Clorox. Steve is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and currently resides in San Jose with his wife and two children.

Mike Weir

Mike Weir is a Senior Segment Leader for CDW's Commercial business unit where he is responsible for sales enablement and marketing to Emerging & Enterprise Businesses. In this role, he oversees the integrated marketing plan to create awareness and demand for CDW's product and solution capabilities within the United States. In addition, they maintain a robust sales enablement program to drive alignment between Sales & Marketing to create an exceptional customer experience.
