Bill Crowley Senior Vice President, International

Bill Crowley is the Senior Vice President of International at TechTarget, responsible for TechTarget’s operations outside of the US and directly manages EMEA operations from the London office he helped set up in 2008. Prior to his International role, Bill managed TechTarget’s Data Centre/Virtualization, Networking, Windows and Technology Guide Media Groups globally and helped launch 10 TechTarget sites. At software companies Open Market and Memento, Bill ran product management and marketing operations at various stages of the companies’ development and at Accenture, Bill worked on high tech strategy projects. Bill is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.

Before joining Computer Weekly in November 2009, Bryan was editor of Computing, having worked on the publication since May 2000. Prior to becoming a journalist, he worked in the IT industry for more than 10 years, for companies including ICL, Intentia and Thomas Cook.

Byrony Seifert

Byrony Seifert, Sr. Director of Product Management and Operations, EMEA and Publisher, France and Germany

Byrony serves as TechTarget’s Sr. Director of Product Marketing and Operations for EMEA as well as Publisher for Germany and France. Working to further develop opportunities and products for IT marketers to reach EMEA audiences, Byrony is responsible for helping marketers better understand the nuances of marketing best practices among different European, African and Middle Eastern regions as well as managing the post execution team for Europe at TechTarget. As the central liaison for France and Germany, Byrony leads the advancement efforts of the networks by developing better internal and external communications of the regions in order to grow revenue and presence in the markets. She has worked for over eleven years as a marketing consultant for some of the world's top IT companies in both the US and Europe including Microsoft, Oracle, HP, Intel, Dell and AMD. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Design Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Minnesota along with a Masters of Arts in Global Marketing from Emerson College.
